- KATZYME DESIZE MT
DESCRIPTION :
Katzyme Desize MT is an alpha – amylase produced by submerged fermentation of genetically modified Bacillus microorganism. Katzyme Desize MT break down starch in textile size without any negative effect on textile fibers.
- KATEXCH AS
APPLICATION :
KATEXCH AS easily soluble in cold water in any ratio . KATEXCH AS is compatible in
every kind of synthetic sizing material. By applying to sizing process of such synthetic
fibres as polyester,nylon,acrylic fibres. KATEXCH AS is applied where electrostatic
charges in textile processing where is the synthetic tend to develop the static electricity by
friction ,pressure and dry heating. For anti static agent,its recommended that 1 to 1.5 %
solution KATEXCH AS is applied by spraying, dipping and for rayon in pot-sizing :
PVA : 2.5 – 3 %
Softener : 0.5 – 1 %
KATEXCH AS : 0.5 %
